Barcelona, how is your luck? Sergio Aguero is reportedly set to miss ten weeks of action through injury.
Aguero was drafted in on a free transfer from Manchester City this summer. A close friend of Lionel Messi and one of the finest marksmen on the planet, it looked like a superb piece of business from Joan Laporta.
While Messi has unfortunately departed, which will be a bitter pill to swallow for Aguero, Barca fans could at least rest easy knowing that the Manchester City legend would be leading their line this campaign.
Though that hasn’t changed, they’re going to have to wait a while before seeing him in action. As reported by reputable Spanish radio station RAC1, Aguero is injured and will be out for up to TEN weeks.
