Sean Dyche: “It’s a Reality of the Game, Not Easy for Him”

The Burnley manager Sean Dyche was asked today about the boos that Harry Maguire received during the England vs Ivory Coast match at Wembley Stadium.

“Gareth [Southgate] mentioned a few but the obvious one to me was David Beckham, absolute legend of a player and he got absolutely slaughtered. It happens.”

Dyche spoke honestly and frankly and gave his opinion on the matter. Harry Maguire is fighting to save his Manchester United career at the moment and boos like this don’t help the skipper of the Red Devils. Especially when he has never let The Three Lions down.
