The Springboks are set to head up north next month to take on the best teams in Europe and this week it was announced that Angus Gardner will referee France vs South Africa on the 8th of November.
It’s the first time the teams will play against each other since that epic quarter-final in 2023.

As good as Gardner is, I sometimes feel he’s stricter against the team he doesn’t want to see win. Not biased, just slightly prejudiced (unconsciously). I have a feeling he might feel for the French & hope to help AUS rise in rankings. BUT that’s total speculation, right?! 😅
