1 of 4 very “iffy” decisions… I take solace from the fact that although we lost we showed them how rugby should be played… when I was leaving the ground, to their credit, most ENG fans I met were apologetic and said the same.. sometimes you don’t get what you deserve.
Love how the armchair referee whiners will stake everything on no try, when there’s not a TV angle to show it, and the referee couldn’t be in a better place to give it. Honestly, any rugby team would play with 14 than put up with someone banging on about referees

When England beat France, it was because the French only played for 20 minutes, the rest of the time they threw the ball away. When England beat Scotland, it was because of more than one very dodgy decision. Why is it that England now think they are as good as the top three in the world, when in fact all the other countries are laughing and saying bring it on! I fancy Italy to win!

I thought this also at the time, they did not show so many replays of the touchdown. Always a sign that something incorrect has occurred.
in this day and age of live sporting events being televised, the more something stinks, the less they will show it. Same with the recent Hearts v Rangers game where Hearts had a stonewall penalty denied and the Rangers player remained on the pitch. Few days later, the SFA said they made an error with the decision. Sorry, they never made an error, however, they did blatantly cheat for the sake of their beloved Rangers and the people responsible for making the wrong decisions are allowed by the SFA, to carry on regardless.
