The former Manchester United and Irish captain Roy Keane was on ITV Sport last night and the Cork man didn’t hold back when it came to criticising the London side as they crashed out of the FA Cup to the hands of Keane’s former club United at Old Trafford last night.
“Having a little discussion like they’re in Starbucks.
Come and take people out, come with violence, that’s your job.
They come, they get a bit giddy, they have opportunities. It’s loads of teams – not just West Ham but the Spurs’ of this world. They come to Old Trafford, they have a little bit of possession, one or two chances, get all excited and end up getting beaten.”

Vintage Roy! The fans love it. Yer man Rosenstock had a gag that when Roy was doing punditry, the fans would say, “This is what Roy would be saying if he was here.” He would have loved to comment on Mickey the rattler Byrne, the legendary Tipperary defender who took no prisoners.
