Roy Keane has once again commented on Virgil van Dijk’s post-match interview after the Liverpool and Manchester United draw.
The former Red Devil’s midfielder was not impressed by the Dutch defender after he claimed that only one team was trying to win during the 1-1 draw.
Keane labelled Van Dijk as ‘arrogant’ as well as stating that Liverpool only has one Premier League title to show in 30 years.
Speaking on the Stick to Football Podcast on Sky Bet, Keane said the Van Dijk is entitled to ‘get something wrong’.
“He [Virgil van Dijk] is entitled to his opinion as well, he’s entitled to maybe get something wrong.” He said.
I’ve said things after games when I was at United and thought that it was a bit over the top, but that was generally against my own team.”
