The former Manchester United and Irish captain Roy Keane was on ITV last night and believes Gareth Southgate handled the defence of Harry Maguire wrong. Keane says you’re always going to get a few. idiots and Southgate and the rest of the England squad should ignore them.

England beat the Ivory Coast three goals to nil on Wednesday night and Harry Maguire played well and the Manchester United captain will be a vital player for England come the winter in Qatar where England will be one of the favourites for the tournament.
