🚨 Roy Keane fires back at James Maddison’s jab with hilarious response

Roy Keane and James Maddison have traded a few blows in recent times.

The Spurs star appeared to aim a ‘shush’ celebration at the Manchester United legend after he netted a 13th-minute goal to guide Spurs to a much-needed 1-0 win over the Red Devils on February 16.

Keane, 53, had been critical of the England star and urged him to step up and questioned whether his team-mates would be delighted following his return from injury.

Keane responds to the apparent jibe from Maddison.

Gary Neville asked the Irishman how he felt about the incident on the latest episode of the Stick to Football.

He replied: Good on him. Absolutely no problem (with it). I still go with what I said, I don’t think he does enough of that.

But when he scored, I was at home with my cup of tea and went “Good on you”. No problem, people have a go at you, you answer them back.’

Keane could not help landing one more blow by adding: ‘I was hoping he do the same the other day but he was subbed against Ipswich.’

Keane then mocked Maddison further by throwing an imaginary dart like he does when he scores.
