The former Derry manager Rory Gallagher was due to join Naas GAA but the club have since taken a massive u-turn after it’s believed the GAA President Jarlath Burns contacted the club.
Gallagher stepped back from his role as Derry manager in May 2023 following serious allegations regarding his private life.

Do these teams actually think nobody will hear? Or do they just think that its all died down by now?
My guess is there’s enough ould lads involved in the decision making process that they either don’t care about the allegations or don’t believe them and think it’ll only be a handful of young people making a bit of a stink online and it’ll all die down once they get up and running
How do you even get to a deliberation stage on this?
