Ronaldo has made no secret of his desire to leave Man United and sign for a club who are competing in the Champions League this upcoming campaign.
Sadly for CR7, superagent Jorge Mendes has struggled to generate interest in signing him from Europe’s elite clubs, leaving him stranded in Manchester.
While his desire is very much still to leave United before the window closes, he does now look set to begin the new season as a Man United player.
According to The Sun, Erik ten Hag is to do him no favours, even if he is still in the squad, with Ronaldo set to begin the new season on the bench.
The report claims that ten Hag has picked his favoured front three during pre-season and that threatens to leave Ronaldo out in the cold.
