Ireland played out a nil all draw against Portugal this evening at the Aviva Stadium. It was a cracking game between both sides, Portugal got the result that they wanted and will now play Serbia at the weekend, where they hope to get a draw or win and the Portuguese will top the group.

Ireland will take on Luxembourg where a win will make them third in the group which wouldn’t be a mad result in the end. The Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo made one Irish fans night tonight by giving the young girl his jersey. Pure class from the 36 year old.
