Romelu Lukaku has reportedly been spotted out in Monaco as his proposed move to Chelsea nears completion.
Sky Sports reported on Tuesday morning that Lukaku was expected to be jumping on a plane and flying to England in order to sign his Chelsea contract.
However, another day passed without the Blues announcing that the Belgian striker had returned to the club, leaving fans wondering what the hold up was.
We’ve now been provided with a potential explanation as to why all involved are dragging their heels, with Lukaku seemingly enjoying himself out in Monaco.

The people in the video are apparently Lukaku with agent Federico Pastorello. The players representatives’ head office is in Monaco.
