Pablo Matera Tweets from 2011 and 2012 have come back to haunt in more ways than one as it looks like sports manufacturers Nike are set to say good luck to Los Pumas rugby team. Nike have been with Argentina for many years now and this would be a blow to Argentina rugby as they have always been a good backer to the South American rugby team.
Some of those tweets were the following;
“SOUTH AFRICA baby! I’m finally leaving this country full of blacks.”
Another reads: “Today is a good day to get in the car and drive over blacks.”

Argentina had a great year in the rugby championship with took place in Australia without the Springboks. The Pumas finally beat the All Blacks for the first time in their history and drew twice against the Wallabies. It looks like Nike might have no choice to leave the Argentina side though, if they want to protect their brand.
