Aurelin Tchouameni was spotted by Real Madrid fans at an NBA game while his side struggled to overcome Villareal.
The French midfielder has quickly become one of the best midfielders in the world and adorned himself to the Los Blancos faithful. But fans were left fuming at Tchouamnei after he was spotted in Paris at an NBA game while his side was in the trenches digging out a 3-2 win against Villareal.

The 22-year-old was not in contention for the game due to an injury but still, you would expect players to at least show up to the stadium and support their side.
After a host of backlash online, Tchouameni took to Twitter to issue an apology.

If Real Madrid had not managed to beat Villareal, I’m sure the fans wouldn’t have been as accepting.
But luckily for the French midfielder, his teammate, Dani Ceballos came off the bench and put in an incredible performance to edge a 3-2 win.
