Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick has reportedly outlawed bacon butties and other unhealthy foods.
Rangnick has had a tough time getting the engines firing since being appointed as the Red Devils’ interim manager. It has never been clearer that it’s the players who are the problem – not the management.
Still, all that Rangnick can do is his utmost to whip this bunch of prima donnas into shape, and according to information reported by The Sun, he’s trying his very best.
The report notes that the Man United squad have been banned from eating bacon butties under his stewardship. Burgers, fizzy drinks and alcohol are also now outlawed.

Rangnick is evidently taking the disciplinarian approach in hope of achieving a positive result. It remains to be seen whether the players will respond positively to the sanctions imposed on them.
The German’s high-pressing game requires his players to be fighting fit, so you can understand why he doesn’t want them bingeing on junk food behind the scenes.
Could this be the difference between Manchester United falling short and qualifying for next season’s Champions League?
