Todd Beohly reportedly travelled to Paris to discuss the potential transfer of Neymar with the PSG owner.
The American owner has been more than willing to spend money at Chelsea since taking the reigns from Roman Abramovich last year.
In the past two windows, the London club have spent over £600 million and smashed their own as well as the British transfer record.

It now looks like they will be turning their attention to another superstar as according to a French outlet, Le Parisien, Boehly has held talks with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
