Check out this extremely 2021 moment when Celtic Youngster Armstrong Oko-Flex almost makes his debut for the Hoops with his Apple AirPods still in.

Oko-Flex was all ready to make his full Scottish Premiership debut against Hibernian on Monday evening until an unusual incident happened involving a pair of Apple AirPods.

The 18-year-old was trying to put on his jersey to make his professional debut until he realised he still had his AirPods in. The youngster quickly removed the popular earphones before eventually coming on.

According to the Daily Record coach Gavin Strachan confirmed after the game that it was manager Neil Lennon in the AirPods giving some last minute instructions to Oko-Flex before he came on.

Oko-Flex was given the opportunity to make his debut after Christopher Jullien’s positive Covid-19 test ruled out a large chunk of the Celtic squad leaving the champions’ without 13 first team players as they dropped yet more points in the race to hunt down leaders Rangers.

The game finished 1-1 which leaves Neil Lennon’s men a massive 21 points behind league leaders Rangers.
