Renowned sports and transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed many fans ideas that Mauricio Pochettino is on his way to PSG to take over from German boss Thomas Tuchel who was sacked on Christmas Eve(I know, one hell of a Christmas present from the PSG Board). The Paris side which are usually so dominant in the Ligue 1 currently sit in 3rd place and most recently lost last season’s Champions League final but Pochettino will be entering a very difficult dressing room, knowing that making it all the way to the Champions League final would not be enough to save his job.
The PSG fans, players and board are sick of losing and want to see some major trophies arrive to Parcs des Princes in the next 2 seasons. The club is likely bring Pochettino in now so that he can work with the club this transfer window and bring in players that he thinks will improve the already stacked squad.
