Borussia Mönchengladbach went down to Manchester City tonight in the first leg of the Champions League tie in Bucharest. Manchester City were comfortable winners in a dull game that ended two nil to the Manchester club who now have 18 wins in a row in all competitions and don’t look like slowing down, incredible achievement. Hear Pep Guardiola speak below;
"Unfortunately today we were not clinical enough upfront."
"In this competition, you have to be perfect to make sure you go through."
Ever the perfectionist, Pep Guardiola wanted even more from his Man City side tonight despite a 2-0 win! 👊

Manchester City face West Ham next in the Premier League, West Ham United have really turned a corner and have been excellent this season thus far under Scottish manager David Moyes. What a signing Jessie Lingard has been for West Ham also coming from Manchester United on load to the East London club.
Can Manchester City get their 19th win in a row and march on in the league, because let’s be honest the Premier League is surely done and dusted? Can Manchester City win all the trophies this season including the Champions League?
