Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley II scorecards revealed with DANGEROUS judges’ error spotted

Posted by

Jake Paul was ahead on the scorecards with all three judges at the time he knocked out former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

Paul agreed to a rematch with Woodley after Tommy Fury pulled out of their proposed bout with a broken rib.

The only thing that was in it for the YouTuber, considering he’d already beaten Woodley via a decision earlier in the year, was to get the finish.

He did, and in style, feinting to the body before launching a HUGE right hand over the top and landing it on the bullseye, with Woodley dropping like a tonne of bricks.

That secured Paul his fifth professional victory in five fights, but it looks as though he was going to get the win regardless of whether he knocked him out or not.

While they are all right to have Paul ahead, someone ought to tell James O’Connor that 37 + 10 does not equal 46. Poor maths from judges could lead to the fight being thrown into disrepute.

Regardless, it would have taken something quite special from Woodley in the final three rounds of the fight for him to turn the contest on its head and secure a points victory over Paul.

Ultimately, though, he bit on the feint and subsequently had the lights put out. That’s the nature of this sport, one mistake and you can be face-down on the canvas…
