The former Munster, Ireland and Lions captain Paul O’Connell was on A Question of Sport this day five years ago and gave a legendary answer on the show. The 41 year old is known for being a multi talented guy having excelled in school and is supposed to be a serious swimmer and golfer.
Paul O’Connell only needed two words to guess the sports team Borussia Mönchengladbach. The Limerick native achieved a lot in sport, but that answer will be remembered for a long, long time. See it below;

Paul O’Connell is currently the forwards coach with the Irish rugby team and he and Andy Farrell and the rest of the players will be gearing up for a busy month of November with games against Japan, New Zealand and Argentina at the Aviva Stadium. It’s great to have the southern teams coming back up north this November after the restrictions being lifted. Exciting times ahead for rugby fans.
