The former Kerry footballer and RTE panelist Pat Spillane has ranked the top 30 footballers in the country according to him. The usual names are in the list that you expect and there’s some that are way further down the pecking order then you’d think. David Clifford the Kerry man as you’d expect and rightfully so is at the top of the list. See the list below;
