Paddy Pimblett and Denis Frimpong settled their feud on Saturday.
A sparring session between the two rivals took place at Manchester Top Team and footage has now shown exactly what happened during the session.
After an exchange on the feet the Liverpool native, Pimblett, takes down Frimpong before sinking in a rear naked choke.
But, this is where things took a turn when the UFC fighter refused to release the hold despite his rival’s taps.
Eventually onlookers jumped in to pull Pimblett off of Frimpong.

Fight fans reacted to the clip on x formerly Twitter.
One said: ‘Not very sportsmanship like if I’m being honest.’
Another added: ‘Great to have beef settled in person in a controlled environment, not great to punish post submission. Have to keep emotions out of it when fighting at this level.’
A third commented: ‘Am I wrong for not seeing the problem here? The guy taunted Paddy until Paddy pulled up n gave him what he wanted. Those few seconds he wouldn’t let go were from all the DMs he was remembering from the guy lol.’
A fourth replied: ‘So that’s why they call him Paddy The Baddy.’
According to some social media users both fighters agreed before the spar to only stop it if there was a knockout and tapping out from a submission was not permitted.
