Paddy The Baddy BANNED from Twitter just hours before UFC London

Paddy Pimblett has had his Twitter account suspended merely a matter of hours before UFC London.

Pimblett, who is a renowned colourful character, has repeatedly used his Twitter account to share his unfiltered views and opinions with the world.

UFC fighters are not PR trained to the extend that footballers are, which often results in them landing themselves in hot water with the mainstream media.

In this case, it’s Twitter who have become cheesed off with Pimblett’s words, with the social media platform having suspended him just hours before UFC London.

Pimblett will be facing Jordan Leavitt in the octagon and you assume that he would’ve liked to use his social channels for one last promotional push.

Twitter, though, have decided that he will not be allowed to. It is, at this point, unclear exactly what tipped them over the edge, but he is still suspended at the time of writing.

It’s hard to imagine that having any bearing on the outcome of the fight – after all, it’s just a chuffing Twitter account – but Pimblett will no doubt be on the hunt for unsuspension sooner rather than later.
