On the balance of the contest, Man United could easily have been trailing at half-time, but Villarreal were wasteful and let the Red Devils off the hook.
No longer, though, with Paco Alcacer beating David De Gea to give the visitors the lead – and you can’t say they don’t deserve it.
Solskjaer needs to do something, and fast…
