Ousmane Dembele’s agent has been spotted on camera receiving a call from Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo.
Dembele’s future has been one of the hot topics of the January transfer window, with the Frenchman being free to agree a pre-contract agreement with any club he likes.
Barcelona spent one of the largest transfer fees in football history to bring Dembele into the squad from Borussia Dortmund. In no small part thanks to his continual injury problems, it hasn’t proven to be a sound investment.
Plenty has happened since his arrival that has made his position as a Barcelona player untenable. His future at the Camp Nou looks bleak, with a departure this month not being ruled out.

The media didn’t need an excuse to publish flurries of reports linking Dembele with some of Europe’s biggest clubs, but via a sneak preview of his agent’s phone that was caught on camera, they’ve been given one.
Rather conveniently, TV cameras caught the exact moment that Dembele’s agent received a call from PSG director Leonardo. What do you think – has this been staged to drum up interest?
