Oleksandr Usyk became the first undisputed heavyweight champion since 1999 last night.

The Ukrainian weathered an early storm from Tyson Fury to add the WBC belt to his WBA, WBO, and IBF straps.

Usyk put ‘The Gypsy King’ on skates in round nine, with many feeling that the referee, Mark Nelson should have stopped the contest.

In the post-fight press conference Usyk was asked if he ‘felt that a knockout was stolen from you?’

He responded: ‘I don’t think about it, because we have winner.’

‘Okay, maybe, I dont think about it, because we have win. Okay no knockout, no problem.’
