Richard Keys like so many others was left bewildered when it was announced that Bruno Fernandes’ goal would not be ruled out for offside.
Manchester United proved to be too good for their City rivals on Saturday afternoon, walking away 2-1 winners and closing the gap to just one point.
But the game was not without some controversy, Marcus Rashford was flagged offside for his team’s opening goal but then the decision was overturned by the referee. The striker had not touched the ball but by just being in that position, fans think the goal should’ve been disallowed for interfering with play.
One of the many people who are angry about the decision is beinSPORT presenter, Keys.
I’m told they didn’t look at it because they didn’t feel the decision was incorrect. That’s a situation where, a matter of fact, it’s offside.’ he said.
