Offaly entertained Antrim today at O’Connor Park Tullamore and before the game the Faithful county held a minutes silence for Ashling Murphy who sadly lost her life on Wednesday afternoon while out for a run. The whole country is feeling this loss and everyone at Tullamore today was thinking of her as the Faithful took on the Northern County Antrim.

Antrim managed to overcome Offaly on a scoreline of 0-20 to 2-14 and will now play Kerry in the Walsh Cup final. Really this week everything has come second to what happened to poor Ashling Murphy in Tullamore on Wednesday afternoon.
