WWE legend Chyna’s autopsy has been released, and more details have been revealed about her death.

TMZ obtained the autopsy report, which revealed she had a toxic cocktail of multiple prescription drugs in her system at the time she died.

Along with oxycodone, Valium, nordazepam, temazepa, and oxymorphone, Chyna also had alcohol and ethanol in her system.

Chyna was found dead on April 20th in her Redondo Beach apartment and police suspected she had been dead for a “day or two” before her friends found her.

Her manager told People magazine, “She had been a little emotionally strained. She was really confronting some demons and she may have been taking a little bit more than normal. Every couple of days she’d be a little bit off of her game, a little loopy, like maybe she had taken too much but she was still coherent.”

Chyna first rose to prominence in the World Wrestling Federation in 1997, where she was billed as the “Ninth Wonder of the World”.

A founding member of the stable D-Generation X as the promotion’s first female enforcer, she held the WWF Intercontinental Championship (the only female performer to do so) twice and the WWF Women’s Championship once.
