Martin O’Neill and Roy Keane have been involved in a minor traffic collision on the M50, with both escaping serious injury.

The Irish management team were travelling in a car that was rear-ended in traffic.

The FAI confirmed the incident on Twitter and added that both returned to their hotel to be examined by the team doctor.

Traffic was only briefly delayed after the crash, which occurred near the J5 Finglas exit.

Training will continue as normal tomorrow, with all systems go for Saturday’s Euro 2016 Qualifier against Scotland.
