A new Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup to begin on April 17th 2021.
The Rainbow Cup has been chosen to introduce South Africa’s four ‘Super’ teams. –
- Cell C Sharks.
- DHL Stormers.
- Emirates Lions.
- Vodacom Bulls.
The four South African sides join the current 12 teams from the PRO14.
There will be two pools of 8 teams consisting of 2 Irish, 2 South African, 2 Welsh, 1 Scottish and 1 Italian club.
Each team will play one game against each opponent in their group and the teams that finish top of their group will play off in a final on June 19th.
