Munster crashed out of Europe today at home in Thomond Park, Limerick, but it was a marked improvement from the Pro 14 final against Leinster last Saturday, and the men in red will feel if they had a bit more luck they could have pulled off a victory.
This is rugby.

It was a cracking game of rugby in perfect conditions the final score was Toulouse 40, Munster 30 and the skill on offer from both sides was sublime. Romain Ntamack the French number 10 and still only 21 years of age was man of the match and proved the difference between the sides with his kicking and distribution skills. What a player he is going to be for France in the long run.
Munster’s Gavin Coombes had a great game for the southern province and the Skibbereen man looks like a future Munster captain, his ball carrying ability is top class. It’s a few weeks off for Munster now and then straight into the Rainbow Cup where they will play some of the best that South Africa have to offer.
