Westmeath were crowned Tailteann Cup Champions yesterday and the scenes that went on in Mullingar on Saturday evening looked unreal. Great to see and the GAA are defiently on to a winner with this competition.
You’d why they didn’t star a secondary competition a lot sooner, but look it’s up and running and a massive congrats to The Lake County.

The midland county beat Cavan 2-14 to 1-13 it was a good watch at Croke Park and will be interesting to see what way this competition goes in the future. Surely today will be a cracking game of football between both Kerry and Dublin at Croke Park. We can’t wait for it, two of the best teams in the country.
