Heavyweight boxer Derek Chisora has revealed the proposed rules for the controversial bout between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul.

The bout was announced last week sparking outrage online with many feeling the age difference is a disgrace.

With Mike Tyson being 58-years on age on fight night taking on the 27-year-old Paul.

Popular veteran heavyweight, Chisora has claimed that he knows under what rules the fight will take place but he won’t be watching the fight.

Speaking to reporter Radio Rahim, he said:

“I know for a fact they are using 18oz gloves and headguards if I’m not mistaken. I think so. So we’re watching a sparring match. It’s a f****** joke. You think I’m paying to watch that?”

Much like we are debating over the “realness” of this fight, I’m thinking Jake probably grew up hearing all about the “realness” of pro wrestling, and how stupid it’s fans must be. Nonetheless The Rock still gets voted the most loved celebrity in America year after year. EVEN STILL, anyone familiar with the business of pro wrestling will tell you that nobody tunes in to see their hero stand triumphant, they tune in to see that heel that pissed everybody off last Monday evening get his @$$ whipped. Jake has tapped in to a system of doing everything the infuriating way, because I’ve never taken the time to post a comment about Joshua, and probably never will. But this classic heel doing everything he can to poke at my respect for the sport, damn well might have me and everyone of y’all too “owning” us some Netflix (yes, and upgrading to the ppv, we all know how Netflix works) and kicking back in hopes of watching this little punk get what he deserves! Spoiler alert, he will. Millions of dollars, for the flawless execution of a marketing strategy that couldn’t have been nailed any better if the Undertaker himself hammered it home from the top of those corner ropes.           4. You are so right. I am 58 years old and from the time I was a lil kid sitting a granddaddy’s lap I have been a fan of both Wrestling and Boxing . From watchin wrestling on Saturday mornings to the thrilla in Manila of Ali and Frazier on tv Jan 11, 1976, ( yes I know Ali Frazier was in Oct 1, 1975 but it was too big and it didn’t actually show on tv until 76) . I have been fans of both. Boxing today is not the boxing I grew up knowing and loving and neither is wrestling. I continue to watch not looking to relive some of that childhood excitement of seeing Ali vs Frazier, Gatti vs Ward, Barrera vs Morales and Bowe vs Holyfield , to see warriors going into combat and both come away from their trilogies having taken something away from their opponents and neither are never the same again. Two of the best one on one giving it everything. Today’s boxing has become more about what’s the better box office draw . It’s really quite disappointing. True fans of the boxing sport like myself long for another standout boxer to come out and start annihilating opponents knocking them out and bringing fourth that one standout boxer to bring us all back to those glory days and take on opponents just because that boxer wants to prove, that I am the best and not do it because it’s the better money draw. Sadly tho like with boxing what it is today and with other sports as well we may never get back those days that we grew up knowing and loving.
