Mike Tyson is set to take on Jake Paul on July 20th.

Tyson vs Paul wasn’t on any fight fan’s 2024 wishlist but here we are.

Despite Paul being three decades younger than ‘Iron Mike’ the fight was announced and will be broadcast on the streaming giant, Netflix.

In the build-up to the showdown Tyson has taken to social media to upload some of his training footage.

It’s left fight fans impressed and some are even concerned for the YouTuber-come-boxer, Paul but former UFC title challenger Chael Sonnen isn’t convinced by the video.

Quote-posting the first of Tyson’s workout videos on X, Sonnen wrote: “In the future, if you’re ever going to spend five seconds hitting mitts, as a way of making the audience believe you’re doing a training session, make sure you splash water on your face and t-shirt first.”

Tyson hasn’t fought since facing another legend in Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition bout in 2020.

Meanwhile Paul has built a record of 9-1 in the professional ranks with his only defeat coming to Tommy Fury.
