The former Welsh scrum-half Mike Phillips has asked for Welsh Rugby Union to make it two regions instead of four to help improve the game in Wales. The 40 year old former Ospreys number nine has highlighted how Wales are bottom of everything at the moment including the league, under 20’s and the senior men’s Six Nations.
Shocking really when you think rugby is the number one game in Wales. Is it time for the game to be changed big time in the Valleys? There’s no doubt that the game is in big trouble in Wales and everything has to be looked at to get Wales back to where they belong. Phillips isn’t shy in letting his thoughts be known..

Why 3? 3 Would only spread the money and talent. If we had 2 super teams, then the league below would be stronger, and develop more talent!
