Mick Schumacher was involved in a nasty crash during Q2 at the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix on Saturday afternoon.
Just when you thought the biggest story of the day was going to be Lewis Hamilton’s elimination in the first qualifying session, Mick Schumacher crashed at high speeds and had the session red-flagged.
Schumacher was just on the exit of turn 10 as he lost control of the car and slammed into the wall. By the time the car came to a stop, he was at turn 12, such was the speed he was travelling at.
It was a really, really nasty crash.

Schumacher was immediately attended to by medical staff and will be taken to the hospital for checks and treatment. He is, thankfully, conscious, but had to be stretchered into the ambulance.
We wish him a speedy recovery.
