Michael Duignan says the water breaks have to go and when you look at how it changed the game in the Waterford v Limerick game and it had an impact in the Cork v Kilkenny game also, you have to say the former Offaly hurler has a point.

“They were brought in because of Covid, but they’re being used now to alter tactics, to come to terms with a game. It’s not right.”
