Micah Richards’ latest attempt at speaking Italian is hilarious

Micah Richards might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but when it comes to CBS Sports Champions League coverage, it is hard not to enjoy the entertainment he provides.

Following Inter Milan’s 1-0 second-leg win over city rivals AC and progression to a first Champions League final since 2010, Romelu Lukaku joined Richards, Kate Abdo, Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher for a post-match interview.

The interview displayed the close bond that the Belgian striker has with Henry, who has acted as both a mentor and an assistant coach with the national team.

However, it was Richards’ attempt at speaking Italian that was the highlight of the segment. It came after Abdo asked Lukaku how many languages he can speak, to which he answered seven fluently, which is simply amazing.

Abdo asked if Lukaku had ever seen any of the previous clips of Richards trying to speak Italian on the show, which he said he had, leading to a hilarious interaction that ended with a comical “scusi?” and howls of laughter across the panel.
