As Mayo gear up for the All-Ireland final which will be played at 5pm this Saturday at Croke Park against a Tyrone team that recovered from Covid to defeat Kerry in the Semi-final. It’s going to be a massive game as history reckons for Mayo as they hope to finally end the ‘Mayo curse’ and lift the Sam Maguire.

With Kerry and Dublin out of the Championship you feel Mayo will never get a better chance than this to finally end the hurt of over 50 years in county Mayo, so many times they have been so close but to come up short. Surely it’s not or never for this Mayo side as the prayers are belted out around the county.
