Pretty disappointing weekend of football in the end, after the draw last weekend everyone couldn’t wait for what should have be crackers at Croke Park! Instead we got ‘puke football’. Mayo out again for another year and the wait for Sam Maguire continues, 72 years now and counting. Is Kevin McStay the right man for the job in Mayo? Time will tell.. Mayo have to find a few more players in the county if they hope to compete, there will be some big players walk away from the panel now. Will we see Aidan O’Mahony again next season, looks unlikely..
