With the scandal that is coming out about RTE, it’s now been revealed that Marty Morrissey was the man that hired out a car at the expense of RTE/tax payer.
RTE’s Gaelic Games corespondent Marty Morrissey has confirmed in a statement that he was the staff member who had received a loan of a car for five years. The broadcaster says accepting the car was ‘an error of judgement’.

RTE are finally getting held to account for money being wasted on the tax payers behalf. Really is completely wrong when you think of it, there is no one in RTE that should on the big money at the expenses that a lot of them are on!
