Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford has moved ahead of his boyhood hero on the clubs top goal-scorers list after United’s hammering of Southampton in the Premier League on Tuesday night.
Rashford scored his 83rd goal for the Red Devils during Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s mens 9-0 dismantling of Southampton on Tuesday night at Old Trafford.
The goal sees Rashford overtake his boyhood hero Eric Cantona on United’s goal-scoring honours list.
Rashford is now 14th on the list of United’s top scorers with club legend David Beckham’s next to be taken over as he sits above Rashford on 85 goals scored.

The 23-year-old has plenty of time on his hands and will most likely become one of the clubs Top 10 goal-scorers.
Rashford was the second goal-scorer in United’s hammering of Southampton at Old Trafford on Tuesday night as the joint top leaders helped themselves to a feast of goals.
Anthony Martial was on target twice with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Edinson Cavani, Scott McTominay, Bruno Fernandes and Daniel James also scoring in the romp for the Red Devils.
