Manchester United’s Paul Pogba has been named the Europa League player of the season for 2016/17.
Pogba was instrumetal in United’s Europa League success last season playing in all of their games.
The Frenchman also scored three goals as Jose Mourinho’s men emerged victorious in Europe’s secondary competiton with Pogba’s last goal coming in the final.

After finishing second in their group behind Fenerbahce, United went on to beat St-Etienne, Rostov, Anderlecht and Celta Vigo, before beating Ajax 2-0 in the final.
