If you watch the full clip just before it ends F19 gives him a whack in the shin I think that’s why he was pissed. You can see at the very end of this clip him looking at the ref then moving his arm around the leg to hit it

Nothing egregious to see on the footage. But that was true for the Wessels situation as well.
