Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury is all but finalised, according to Usyk’s manager Egis Klimas.
After it became clear that Fury would not be fighting Anthony Joshua, we all hoped that his next appearance in the ring would come in an undisputed bout with Usyk.
However, the Gypsy King felt as though the fight to make was a trilogy fight with Derek Chisora, which absolutely nobody asked for, but we’ve got it nonetheless.
Thankfully, it does look as though there is an intention to make Usyk vs Fury, with the Ukrainian’s manager providing some insight into when we’ll be seeing it take place.
Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury for the undisputed WBA, WBC, IBF & WBO heavyweight world titles is being targeted to take place no earlier than Feb 18th and no later than March 4th, Usyk’s manager Egis Klimas has said. [@iDBoxingNews]

Usyk will be hoping to become the undisputed heavyweight champion before he drops back down to cruiserweight. Fury holds the only belt that currently evades him.
Fury has, though, made no secret of his belief that Usyk would be an easy fight for him. He does have a considerable size advantage, but Usyk is a tricky customer.
This is such an intriguing matchup that, irrespective of what’s at stake, it’s a fight that we absolutely can’t wait to see.
