Atletico Madrid forward Luis Suarez scored a simply STUNNING goal during his side’s victory over Osasuna on Saturday afternoon.
Atleti have been in the midst of a poor run of form as of late, the kind which has counted them out of the title equation and thrown their Champions League qualification hopes into question.
Diego Simeone’s men headed to Osasuna this afternoon in DIRE need of a victory, and got one, having won the contest 3-0.
It was Joao Felix who opened the scoring after just three minutes, with Luis Suarez second-half goal all-but securing the three points for the men from the Wanda Metropolitano.
Even by Suarez’s extraordinary standards, it was a goal to remember, with the Uruguayan catching the goalkeeper off of his line with a quite masterful long-range attempt.
