Munster took on the Scarletts this evening at Thomond Park in Limerick City, it was an interesting tie at the famous rugby venue. There was a moment in the match where Munster didn’t seem to tap the ball off a penalty, some of the Scarlets fans weren’t too happy with this ..
MORE HERE:🚨Fans have spotted a technique that Ireland are pulling & the refs don’t seem to care ..

To be clear – the law isnt so long as you touch it no matter how lighting it counts, the ball MUST move
Seems to be happening a lot and it not being picked up. Cherry didn’t touch it for Scotlands try against Ireland. It’s weird it’s not getting blown up.
I don’t mind refs missing that, they can’t see everything, but the TMO has lots of screens and replays and should be alerting the ref
Italian ref, welsh team playing an Irish team; pedantic calls are only ever going to go one way, and it isn’t to the welsh side.
Spotted at the time, it happened again.
