According to reports from Sports Mole, Barcelona and Argentina ace Lionel Messi has two demands that need to be met in order for him to consider joining Manchester City.
Messi looked all set to pack his bags at the end of last season but was convinced to stay due to an ongoing legal dispute with Barcelona over his release clause.
Messi was of the belief his clause had expired but the Catalan club claimed it was still valid and any club wanting to sign him would have to pay the €700m fee.

Since then the six time ballon d’Or winner has been heavily linked with a move to European giants PSG, Manchester United and Manchester City.
According to Sports Mole there are two factors that must be met in order for the Barcelona talisman to consider joining Manchester City and that’s if both Pep Guardiola and Sergio Aguero remain at the club.
Messi will be free to move away next season but so is his national teammate Sergio Aguero who will be out of contract at the Etihad next summer.
Guardiola is also yet to put pen to paper on a contract extension at Man City which is on course to run out in 2021.
There are many factors that must be figured out by both the Messi and Manchester City camps in order for a move to be completed but City still remain the favourite with PSG looking the likely secondary option.
